This is a rare short necked plesiosaur related to Elasmosaurus. This composite skeleton measures about 15 feet long x 13 foot wide at the flippers. The skull and skeleton are based on nearly complete specimens. The skull measures over a meter in length. Weight of the skeleton is approximately 250 pounds, with 4 hanging points. This specimen is also available as a floor mount.

This marine reptile was a cretaceous speedster and its large powerful limbs gave it tremendous maneuverability and speed. The beauty of the animal speaks for itself. Going extinct at the end of the cretaceous, it left no living relatives.
