TPI is renowned for the beautiful casts we create, but all good casts begin with a good mold. Our molding staff takes every specimen detail into account assuring that the cast that is produced as a result is highly accurate and beautifully realistic. Over 40 years combined experience goes into the molds we produce, alongside techniques we improve on each day. TPI strives to create molds that are not only functional, but scientifically accurate, durable, and easy to work with.

Casting Services

TPI is very proud of our accomplishments over the past 25 years in producing what our customers are calling “the finest cast skeletons the world has ever seen”. Indistinguishable from the original skeletons, TPI’s casts grace the halls of more than 200 museums around the world. With the use of the latest scanning technology, and the assistance of a local radiology lab, we may even be able to make replicas without ever touching a specimen deemed extremely delicate, or otherwise unreachable surfaces. TPI combines the latest in laser scanning technology, with proven methods developed through the years, to create casts that truly compliment and join with real bone.

Assembly Services

Here at TPI we can not only mold and cast your specimen, but we can also assemble it to a pose of your choosing. If you have a specimen in pieces that you would like to see in full detail, we are here and able assemble your skeletons for you.
