juvenile Triceratops skeleton

This tiny Triceratops exhibits the allometry apparent in ceratopsian development. The beginnings of brow horns and the short, narrow frill hint at the majestic crown this little dinosaur might have grown in adulthood. Its large orbits grant the skull its paedomorphic "puppy-dog" face. Our juvenile Triceratops is an ideal addition to any exhibit discussing the ontogeny of dinosaurs or depicting multiple generations in a Late Cretaceous scene.
