This new cast specimen of short-necked plesiosaur is a result of a collaborative effort between TPI and The Manitoba Museum. Re-inflating the crushed skull and vertebrae and mirror-imaging of missing elements was accomplished by using a combination of traditional hollow casting methods as well as 3-D scanning and printing.
